Refund Policy
Product Purchases
We will accept returns and issue a credit to your account for the following reasons only:
  1. Product damaged in shipping.
  2. Product is defective.
  3. Product returned unopened and within one year of the date of purchase from us or before 90-days of the product's expiration and for the following reasons only:
    1. You are allergic or could not take product.
    2. Your provider advised you not to take the product.
  4. Products shipped to you in error by us.
  5. Products you ordered in error. You must return within 30 days of the date of purchase.
  6. For all returns, you must include a letter with the name of the product, number of bottles returned, lot number from back of bottle, and reason for the return. Without all of this information, we reserve the right to not issue a credit. If your invoice is not found in our systems, a copy of your invoice from us would also be helpful for proper credit.
  7. We will not accept returns for the following reasons:
    1. Products you ordered and then decided you did not want
    2. Products returned by your customer more than one year from date of your purchase from us or before 90-days of the product's expiration.
Creation of your natural prescription
If you have paid for the creation of your natural prescription, but it has not yet been created, then we will refund your enrollment within 30-days via check or other method of payment. We have the right, in our sole discretion, to charge me up to two hundred fifty dollars ($250) that can be deducted from the refund, which may be based on the amount of work done by our staff to prepare for the creation of your natural prescription.

Once your natural prescription has been created, you are not entitled to a refund of any kind.

Monthly Service Fees
In the event that you are paying an ongoing service fee, you may cancel such fee at any time with 30-day written notice.
Delivery & Methods
At the point of sale, you will have the option to select the delivery methods and projected timing of receipt of shipment.
Back Orders
In the event that we have a back-order for a product, then our policy is to ship to our customers who have been waiting the longest, however we do reserve the right to modify this policy without notice at any time. Our staff will contact you of a back-order through your preferred method of contact or you will receive notice in your shipment if a product is back-ordered.
