Dear Greg,

We completed the evaluation of your Nutritional Genius report. Please click on the laboratory tab and "my lab results" to access your data and watch a video overview of the report.

  • Your MTRR SNP means you may be less efficient in making the methyl form of B12. We included methyl B12 in your program in the supplements Sub B12 and Foundation GEMS.
  • Your VDR Taq SNP impacts your vitamin D receptor and is most effectively supported by ensuring that your vitamin D levels are adequate. We included 5000 IU of vitamin D3 in your program in the supplement Vitamin D3.
  • Your MTHFR SNP means you may be less efficient in making methyl folate in the folate metabolism pathway. We included methyl folate in your program in the supplement Foundation GEMS.
  • We included magnesium in your program to help support hypertension.
  • Oculus was included to help support eye health.
  • Your MAOA, DAO, and CBS SNPs are addressed in your Nutritional Genius report.

Foods listed in the safe/abundance category are not predicted to be problematic for you from a metabolic and/or immunological perspective.

Foods in the moderation category with a score of 6 or less and color coded green are unlikely to cause significant issues. Foods with a score of 7-13 we recommend that you consume no more than a few times per week. Foods with a score of 14 or higher we recommend that you consume no more than once per week.
